LOL -- Mouse has turned into Ratzo Rizzo and her sister is Angelina Jolie's dad. Karma for you too! I gotta go, sis and I are taking a bus to Florida in a couple of minutes.

Whenever I stepped into a crosswalk and a car cut in front of me, I smacked the car's hood and screamed "Hey I'm walkin here." This maked me think of the scene in the director's cut of Daredevil. Matt Murdock has his hand on Foggy Nelson's shoulder as they attempt to jaywalk across the street. (I suppose lawyers think they can get away with that?) A taxi nearly runs into them; Foggy smacks the hood of the cab, hollers "Hey, I got a blind guy here!". The cabbie shouts back "Watch where yer goin' @$$hole". Matt laughs and they remark that you gotta love New York. It's one of the best scenes in the movie, and we didn't get to see it in the theatrical release.

They showed the long "Daredevil" recently on TNT or Oxygen or some channel. I nearly died laughing when I heard that exchange..

I've navigated NYC steets, cane and all. I'm here to talk about. Never had a problem.
Yes...here it comes, Wash DC is the most Blind Unfriendly city in the country.
Later, Carl

Later, Carl Carl -- So ironic you should say that! Our company executives out of our New York City headquarters couldn't agree with you more! They would take the streets of New York over the streets of DC or the greater DC area any day! Our treasurer, in particular, makes note that least in New York, pedestrians stand a chance! Having had to cross the street many a day in Tyson's Corner, I can honestly say, here they gun for you.
