More work (and karma) for Shmeep, I guess -- since hers are the only totals I absolutely trust.  Uh...still waiting. I did work for three hours fixing those numbers last Thursday. There. I actually did something to deserve the karma for which I'm always whoring. |

I took some photographs today and I wanted to share them. I hope they might be worth a little karma. This is the tire swing out in my backyard.  This is our TV antenna. I live way out in the country where one cannot get cable so this is how we watch local TV.  And finally, this is a tree in my front yard.  |

Okay, okay, karma for the tire swing. Such a nice pic. Love the burnished black and white feel. Antiqued, nostalgic...
I'm yard-envious, though! I grew up next door to my grandparents, so between us, we had an acre and a half, if not two acres, to play on, in the city. So I've always been yard envious. (Sadly, I'm yard phobic of my new yard... So maybe we'll all have to have a family picnic at your yard, complete with tire swings and slip and slide!)

Yep, I'll karma the tire swing too! Reminds me so much of my uncle's farmhouse and the front yard with the huge sprawling oak tree (I used that scene in my fanfic because of the memories it brings!) And that TV antenna looks just like the multi-tiered lightning attracter that used to grace the side of our house!(small town girl - no cable TV!) I say attracter because we did take direct hits of lightning - fried all things electronic!
