Well if we're allowed to cast dead people, I think James Dean would make an excllent Dunbar. I can just hear him now as Christie (played by Natalie Wood of course) is hassling him, "You're tearing me apart!"

Not actually a recast, but had we been lucky enough to get a second season of Blind Justice, "we know" we would have met Anne Donnelly. Soooooooooooo.........does anyone have any ideas who would play the role of Anne. (no fair picking yourself)

How about this lineup? I call it Color-Blind Justice. Vin Diesel as Dunbar: Lou Diamond Phillips as Russo: DB Sweeney as Selway: Nona Gaye as Christie: Amy Acker as Karen: BD Wong as Lt. Fisk: Forrest Whitaker as the Chief of D's: Wentworth Miller as Terry: Graham Greene as Galloway: A yellow lab as Hank:

My problem is I can not think of anyone! They are all perfect in their roles so I wouldn't change a one of them!
Anne Donnelly? Hmmmm? I will have to give that some thought.

In "Up on the Roof," there is a woman in the group of people waiting outside Terry's room when Jim goes to see him in the hospital. I have decided, based on no evidence whatsoever ;D, that she is Anne Donnelly.

I gave some thought on the Anne Donnelly business and the only person I could come up with who I thought would do the role justice was Mariska Hargitay from SVU. Smart, sassy, able to hold her own and the total antithesis of Christie--thats my take on Anne. She had to be someone to get Dunbar's attention and hold it.

Smart, sassy, able to hold her own and the total antithesis of Christie--thats my take on Anne. She had to be someone to get Dunbar's attention and hold it. Also giving this Anne Donnelly business some thought, I picture her as a blond, still petite and beautiful, but with a more down to earth appeal than Christie. No doubt, she would have had to hold Jim's attention and do it not only with her looks, but with a personality to match. To that end, I think she would have been fun-loving, full of humor, witty. That possessed sense of humor would have enabled more of the funny, wicked side of Jim Dunbar's personality to surface; I think he must have had a very wicked sense of humor, buried, perhaps, after the year he had just experienced, but very much in evidence in the later episodes. Little known (but coming into her own) Piper Perabo would have made a terrific Anne Donnelly in my book. I could certainly see our hero being very much attracted to her on multiple levels. She has the ability to look as fresh and natural as this: or as glamorous as this: Either way, with a marriage hitting a rough patch, I can certainly see her being a welcome diversion from Christie Dunbar.

Couldn't Marlo be Chief of D's?
Karma to Dogma for nominating Catma. Very cunning and clever.
Later, Carl
