Jim + for having the courage to give up the gun and realize that he was still a great cop without it.
Marty -- for saying "Did I not call this from day one?" after his gun went missing. It could have happened to anyone. Just as the cop in Easton PA who really did lose his gun.

Karen + for telling Jim she admired the way he solved cases--maybe helping him to see he didn't need a gun to be a good detective

As it stands, without Shmeep's expertise, Russo has 4 points till his demise.
How about a vote.
Do I: deduct 2 pts per day (Fri and Sat) making two entries per day? or......
Do I: Wait for Shmeep, to recalculate the numbers, and prolong Russo till right after the New Year?
I will defer to my lovely Board Members.
I'll wait for the results Fri night. That would still give me time to carry-out the original plan if the vote goes in that direction.
