Marty -- for all the crap he made our favourite blonde dude put up with. He should lose a lot for that
Jim + for giving Terry the option of going to Lt. Fisk himself about the shooting on the roof. It probably took a lot for him to do that and it once again shows that his is a bigger man than Terry.
Lt. Fisk + for being willing to let Jim totally and completely make up his own mind about the gun and not pressuring him to give it up after he had voice his thoughts on the issue.

While fishing in Ketichan, Alaska, Walter finally hooks the "big one". Unfortunately, it is too big--it pulls him around and around, and Walter eventually gets too tired. At that point the fish pulls really hard, the boat swamps and goes under, and Walter drowns. He is saddened that he will never get to tell the story of the one that got away.
