Jim + for being comfortable enough with his blindness to make little jokes about it (Ex. Telling Dean Bostic that odd were that he wasn't looking at him while gesturing to his eyes). It broke down Dean's defenses and made for a pleasant conversation.
Fisk -- I know this has been said before, but it really gets me that he would say that one of the things a cop looks for in a partner is if that guy has their back. I know he was speaking in terms of someone having a blind partner, but still, what do you call being blinded in a shootout? That tells me that Jim would do whatever it took to make sure that he still had his partner's back as much as possible.
Karen + I still love her for giving him a chance. She kind of went out on a limb doing it.
