I love this episode and wouldn't change much. But, it would be nice to have the plot of the mother in law resolved one way or the other. I also would tell us the history of Marty and Dean Bostic. Also, maybe have the thing with Pete spur Jim on to do some work with other newly blinded people, he seems to have the touch.
