Two great records were set at these Olympics! 1) Canada won more golds (14!) than any other country has ever won at a Winter Olympics 2) The US won more medals than any other country has ever won at a Winter Olympics Congrats to both of us! And YAY to Canada for hockey gold twice! Hopefully a hat trick with the Paralympics! I can't believe how much TV I watched yesterday. The game in the afternoon, a short break, and then the closing ceremonies. And it was such a nice day too. The closing ceremonies were awesome. Absolutely loved the segment poking fun at Canada with the beavers, mounties, hockey players (with medals  ), voyageures, moose, and everything. What a blast! |

I have to agree with you, inuvik. I can't believe how much tv I watched in the last two weeks! It was so much fun to watch. I came home from work today wondering what I was going to do.
Congratulations to all on a job well done. Totally exciting and very dead on the streets everywhere during the hockey game.
