I was looking for a screencap to put in my response in the "Jim's Gun" thread ( I didn't find the one I was looking for), and I found this picture. It was in the photo gallery for the pilot. Does anyone recognize the location? Could it be Galloway's waiting room? Further proof that the first meeting from Galloway was originally in the pilot.

Okay, Mouse, this is all very intriguing (and may simply be a publicity shot taken in one area of the squad room we never saw), but I have to ask you: If you think Galloway was intended for The Pilot, what was all that stuff in Ep 2 about Jim ducking his appointments and Fisk giving him hell for it? I'll bet scenes were shot out of sequence (standard practice in TV and movies), which could explain the wardrobe confusion. And The Pilot was so tightly packed in terms of plot and character exposition, I doubt there would have been room for the Good Doctor. Does this make sense, O Mighty Mouse?

See now, I could get used to being called "Mighty Mouse" I'm going to suggest that to DH and my kids. I am going to re=watch the Pilot and Rub a Tub Tub to remind myself of my reasoning for Galloway originally being introduced in the pilot. More later...

And Mouse, when you do check out that the preview shown at the end of episode one and episode two are both for episode three.

I don't know anything for sure, but I believe that photo is from the hallway outside the squad room. I remember seeing it during the TV Guide special about Blind Justice. Karen and Sonny were sitting on it together hanging out between takes. As for Galloway, I do believe he was meant for the pilot. I seem to remember hearing that from someone who had the original script. I think they moved a few things around because there would have been too much happening in the pilot so they wrote the part about him dodging his appointments into the second episode. I also seem to remember reading an interview with Ron Eldard in which he said that something that had been written into the pilot (Christie Leaving? He was vague at the time because it hadn't yet aired) was changed because he said the audience would hate Christie too much if it happened too soon.

I think this is just a posed still shot from the Pilot shoot.
