Detective Jim Dunbar++ For always being ready no matter who was picking you up, sometimes with only 10 minute notice.
Christie Dunbar-- For never again offering to give Jim a ride after that first day. No one would have noticed him getting dropped off after the first day so you could have offered.
Chief Tunney- -For shutting the door and staying in there so long just to make the detectives sweat.

Mary, you subtracted from Jim when you should have added and you only took one away from Christie. Did you mean to do that?

Hi Anita, thanks for that. I will fix it right now. I am thinking of the other game where you only do 1 minus and 1 plus. Thanks for having my back!

Christie Dunbar++even though in Marlon's Brando you caught the brunt of Jim's "bad day at the office" attitude (his eloquent 'keep the door locked' speech), you didn't retaliate in kind Detective Jim Dunbar++for not being self-conscious in front of the squad when Karen used his face as a drawing board Detective Karen Bettencourt++for thinking of drawing Nancy Dresler's wound on Jim's face so he could 'see' it for himself
Detective Jim Dunbar - 343 Detective Karen Bettancourt - 194 Christie Dunbar - 99 Dr. Allan Galloway - 65 Lt. Gary Fisk - 63 Artie Steckle-41 Detective Tom Selway - 37 Walter Clark - 33 Chief Tunney - 14

Detective Jim Dunbar++for having Karen's back from day one and proving it on day two Detective Karen Bettencourt++for not having to tell Jim that she would have his back on the day he turned in his gun because he already knew that she did. Detective Tom Selway++for that bobble-head on your desk that proves you do have a life outside the squad that involves more than pottery classes and board games. What team is it--Yankees or Mets?
Detective Jim Dunbar - 347 Detective Karen Bettancourt - 198 Christie Dunbar - 99 Dr. Allan Galloway - 67 Lt. Gary Fisk - 63 Artie Steckle-41 Detective Tom Selway - 39 Walter Clark - 33 Chief Tunney - 14

Christie Dunbar++for supporting Jim's decision to return to the force. You probably didn't understand why he was so determined and most likely disapproved but you did realize how important it was to him. Dr. Alan Galloway++telling Jim that he still had work to do Chief Tunney--for more than likely having Fisk's number at the 8th on speed dial!
Detective Jim Dunbar - 347 Detective Karen Bettancourt - 198 Christie Dunbar - 101 Dr. Allan Galloway - 69 Lt. Gary Fisk - 63 Artie Steckle-41 Detective Tom Selway - 39 Walter Clark - 33 Chief Tunney - 12

Inspired by the scene currently under discussion in "A New Take on The Pilot": Detective Karen Bettancourt - - (For not waiting until she knew Jim a little better to hit him with, "Anne Donnelly . . . friend of mine." Detective Jim Dunbar + + (For accepting responsibility for what on Law & Order is consistently referred to "prior bad acts." (Inadmissable, Your Honor, or goes to pattern?!) "I've done a lot of growing up since then.") Chief Tunney + + (Not from the same scene, obviously . . . but isn't it about time we give him a little credit for even allowing Dunbar to sign a gun waiver with the department? (I'd hunt up a screencap but who wants to look at that guy? ) Detective Jim Dunbar - 347 Detective Karen Bettancourt - 198 Christie Dunbar - 103 Dr. Allan Galloway - 69 Lt. Gary Fisk - 65 Artie Steckle-41 Detective Tom Selway - 41 Walter Clark - 33 Chief Tunney - 14 The dear departed: 1 Nick Dyson 2 Terry Jansen 3 Sonny Famigletti 4 Detective Marty Russo
