False. Not my kind of movie.
The person below me gets very emotional when watching an 'inspirational', 'overcoming adversity', or 'happy ending' type movie.

Absolutely true - I have turned in to my mother - I cry at the end of Little House on the Prairie episodes, I cry during the Folger's Christimas commercial when Peter comes home, I cried several times during Blind Justice (Hankie!)....I cry at the drop of a dime....
The person below me has something that they will never give up even though they've outgrown it.

My Snoopy. I'll admit it. When I had my tonsils removed (I was 6), I wouldn't let them take me until my parents went back home for my Snoopy. They did. I woke up from the operation with my Snoopy next to me - I remember this. I still have him. I need therapy ... Going back to movies, the person below me was the only one in the theatre that felt bad when the shark died in Jaws. Modifed to add: Dumb me read the wrong one but I'm leaving it (if that's cool) and will reply to dogma's by saying nope, never been to Europe. Carry on with my person below me....

the person below me has traveled to europe True. Three times: twice to England (London the first time and Sheffield the second time) and once to Madrid. The Madrid trip was only for 3 days since it was work-related, so I didn't get to do too much sightseeing. A friend and I are planning a trip to Scotland and Ireland for next year. The person below me started their Christmas shopping already (I hope that one hasn't been used in a previous post).

And again, we are out of sync here - so I will answer Bebe's because it was first; someone else can tackle rmiro's post and I won't do a person below me this time.
Nope - sorry! Bambi did me in, so did Old Yeller and Turner and Hooch....but I'm afraid there wasn't a single sorrowful bone in my body when that shark finally bought it! I don't have a personal affinity for things with big teeth!
And now:
The person below me has started their Christmas shopping already.

Started today. It's easier if you spread it out. I'd like to be done by the end of Nov before everyone goes nuts.
The person below me has made at least one good friend because of Blind Justice.

Oh, I would love to think that we have a Board full of them - I know I found the friend for a lifetime because of Blind Justice, a blond dude and a video done to Bocelli !! And I know of many other relationships that started because of a little television show that touched so many lives!
The person below me has been to a concert for the ages (I saw Freddie Mercury and Queen back in the days of A Day at the Races - I will never forget it!)

False. I haven't been to a live concert since I was 13. The person below me talks for 4-6 hours at a time with people from the future. (How can you talk to people from the future? Hmmmmmm....... ;D)

You are talking about the people who live on the other side of the world, upside down and into another day. So I must say False. The person below me would never have an artificial Christmas Tree.

Good for you, Mary! I thought you might be the one to figure it out. Natascha and I talk all the time on skype. Our record is 6 hours straight. Karma for your good detective work! Jim would be proud.

The person below me would never have an artificial Christmas Tree. False, although I really do hate them. We once had a four-foot artificial tree since the only place to put it was on the top of the piano, which is not the smartest place for a tree stand full of water. Now, of course, since we have the real Maggie the Cat, we have no tree at all, just lighted garlands across the top of the bookcase. We tried -- once -- when she was young and, like Sir Edmund Hillary, she made it her goal to reach the summit. So we have lots of Christmas spirit, but no tree. The person below me has already starting baking Christmas cookies and sticking them in the freezer.

The person below me has already starting baking Christmas cookies and sticking them in the freezer. Heavens no! Do YOU do that? I did heat up a pumpkin pie last week, but it was mostly for warmth because our convectors aren't switched to heat until next week so the oven was keeping us warm. I'm doing more baking this week than usual, but no cookies! Sorry. I haven't made Christmas cookies in years. The person below me used to watch LA Law.

False, never watched LA Law. Maybe I'm not old enough? I hadn't thought of that. Yep. I guess I was watching it 20 years ago, come to think of it. The person below me enjoys knitting. False. A deaf/blind man at the Braille Institute in Los Angeles taught me to knit years ago and it seemed so easy! Then I dropped it and could never figure out how to do it again so...I don't enjoy it as of yet, but I plan to figure it out one of these days. I can, however, crochet! I enjoy crocheting immensely. The person below me is dressing up for Halloween this year.
