Ohh, I'm very desperate.... OK how desperate are you for karma. Each clue can be answered by a word phrase title or name containing the word " cross". e.g. the clue "engage in combat" would be cross swords. Karma, karma, karma, to the one who gets most of them right. 1 She plays Bree on Desperate Housewives Marcia Cross2 Skull's partner on a pirate flag Crossed Bones3 Kind of needlework Cross Stitch4 Pedestrian protector outside a school 5 Bike race over rough terrain Cross country (?? know what it is, but don't it's excact name) 6 Crime series, starring Jill Hennesey Crossing Jordan7 Ill fated, like Romeo and Juliet 8 Attorney's attempt to discredit a witness Cross examination9 Singer who scored a #1 hit with "Sailing" 10 Necessary equipment for a biathlete 11 CNN current events debate show from 1982-2005 12 International humanitarian organization Red Cross13 When you reach this, it's decision time 14 Centaurus's neighbor in the night sky. And Chris, since you got 8 out of 14 and knew Southern Cross, karma to you too. Oh dear, I will be busy awarding karma. Let's see, I owe Kathy, Anita and Chris. I have a sticky note on my monitor. I will not forget. OH CHRIS, I just saw that you also did the Empty Spaces one as well and got 8 -14 so double your karma.
