Thank you! It has been over 5 years since i had one, and this is very yummy! Copenhagen, on a cold winter day with the wind blowing my coat so I feel like I'm likely to topple, I would sneak out of my office and down to the square to the little push cart vendor and buy one. BLiss! Summer mornings on the way to work, I'd stop at the Kondittori for danish pastries. I'd shout the whole office and choose lots of differnt ones. But I'd always end up eating the same one: Chocolellbolle, ( no idea how to write it but phonetically that's what it was.) mmmmm.... |

Is this what you are talking about? It's called a Chokoladebolle which basically means Chocolate Bun. You know, if I could I would send them to you but you'll have to settle with the photos. BTW What were you doing in Copenhagen, so far, far away from Australia?? The reminder is plenty thank you! In fac t there is a realy good french bakery right near my house and they do a great french equivalent. I worked in Copenhagen running an expansion program for a publishing house for a year or so in the 80's. My Grandmother happened to live there too. (She was Swedish, my 'Lille Mor is Danish.) ;D |
