I'm officially lost in this game!!!! Where would the challenge be if you got everything right? Seriously, there are some here that I haven't got. Some are because my brain didn't cooperate and some... Well, I'd never have got 'seventh inning stretch' because that's simply not a phrase I'd heard before. I'm assuming this is a baseball thing, right? But why does the seventh inning stretch? I've no idea. And I'm currently very frustrated by longlashes' latest. I'm sure that it will seem wonderfully obvious when I have the answer pointed out to me. But, until that happens, I am pulling my hair out and gnashing my teeth with frustration! Finally... The YYUR... one... I've come across that one before, but the wording I know is slightly different. I'm assuming that's a regional thing. (I learned it as 'Too wise you are, too wise you be, I see you are too wise for me'. Then again, maybe I was taught wrong! ) Krissie P.S. Just in case I ever get another one of these right, and I have reason to post in an image, how would I go about doing that?

Seriously, there are some here that I haven't got. Some are because my brain didn't cooperate and some... Well, I'd never have got 'seventh inning stretch' because that's simply not a phrase I'd heard before. I'm assuming this is a baseball thing, right? But why does the seventh inning stretch? I've no idea. It's a fun tradition in baseball. I don't know the history of it, but it is, literally, a stretch. By the time the seventh inning comes around (there are 9), you have been sitting a long time (unless you have gotten up to get munchies or various libations ). It's either at the end or the beginning of the seventh inning, I think it's at the end. Everyone gets up and stretches. Traditionally, this is also when you all sing the famous "take me out to the ball game" song. Take me out to the ball game Take me out to the crowds Buy me some peanuts and cracker jacks I don't care if I ever go back and it's Root root root for the home team If they don't win it's a shame 'Cause it's one, two, three strikes you're out At the old ball game!Sometimes they will throw freebies and things into the stands too, or have contests. I try to go to one baseball game a season. I'm not a huge fan, but it's outdoors, nice weather, and cheap (just minor league here) fun!

Good in ten shuns=good intentions Now I am totally mystified by Mary's latest one. I'm hoping someone gets it soon!

Where would the challenge be if you got everything right? So very true!!! Seriously, there are some here that I haven't got. Some are because my brain didn't cooperate and some... Well, I'd never have got 'seventh inning stretch' because that's simply not a phrase I'd heard before. I never heard of the "seventh inning stretch" before either and as for the rest.... If they were in Danish I would probably get them instantly but they are not, so..... Inuvik, your good intentions just earned you some karma, than you for explaining Take care and keep smiling - this is fun - Chris
