At the website flickr.com is the "least wanted" section. This is very large array of mugshots dating from the about the 1880's to the 1990's. These photos come from all over the U.S.
My eyes can't see the photos too well. However, some of these individuals, with certain nicknames or descriptions or particular choice of criminal enterprise of these shady characters might, just might, be related to our board members.
