I knew it....I am predominantly right brain. I think that is why I am better at drawing than writing and so terrible at math. I chose the right occupation for my brain.......

I have looked at the original "test" several times. I always see the dancer turning clockwise first, but I can make her change direction by looking away, then looking back at her.

I'm a left brain 56/44. It was definitely on the money about math and, according to it, I am in the right line of work.

The dancer goes anti-/counterclockwise for me. I made her change and then she would only change back again for a quarter of a spin and then go back to spinning clockwise.... weird??? So, according to that test I am predominantly a left-brainer but the result of the other test said I'm using the right side of my brain more??? I'm confused!!! Maybe the two cancel out each other making me a no-brainer? - Chris

Left brain 53/47 and I am apparently in the right occupation as well! Good thing since I have been doing it forever!

Hoosier, I am exactly opposite of you - 56 right / 44 left. Although I once harbored a desire to be one of the occupations that are supposedly the right choice for a right brain thinker like me (I gave it up when I found out that Jellystone National Park didn't really exist) - forest ranger, athlete, beautician, actor/actress, craftsman, artist - I am now more certain than ever that I am not in the correct profession for me! Do you think it's too late to figure out what it is I want to be when I grow up?

I tried the dancer again, and this time she is going counter-clockwise. But no matter what I do, she never changes while I'm on the page.
I'm left brain, 62/38, the highest one way so far! I am also in the right profession, but I object to librarian being lumped in with mathematican, scientist, lawyer, etc. There are plenty of ways to be creative in libraries, from designing displays and signs, to choosing which books and how to present them in storytimes. I also think there can be creativity/choice/etc in the law, am I right MLM?

They say that 60 is the new 40 so I take it to mean that if you are yearning to change jobs, go for it! Its scary, though! I've seen articles about women, and men, who have quit or retired early and then gone on to the job they had always dreamed about or one that seemed more fulfilling. Someone asked me once when I decided to become a librarian. I hadn't really planned on it but I had written a paper in 7th on what I wanted to be when I grew up and I said librarian--astronaut close second!
