oh wow. I love this more and more. It's great. And perfect timing too, this is the first day of classes for this semster for me and what a better way to start than with a new chapter of fanfic.

I love it too. Makes me smile to think of Jim holding the babies and then describing them to Cara--like he couldn't say it fast enough. What a proud dad!

And Chapter 18 is lovely, Shmeep, with some marvelous unexpected touches that I won't reveal. I think it's safe to say that this story in no way finished with the birth of Addison and Katie. I could read about these people, the way you write them, all . . day . . long.  Thank you! Mags |

Well worth the wait! The characterizations are just right, as always, and the unexpected part was, well, unexpected. A marvelous look at Jim's continuing journey.

I posted a review at FanFiction.net but I had to tell you here too: I have said it before and I will say it again, absolutely gorgeous! This story has drawn me in from the very first paragraph and has never let me go - I so eagerly await and anticipate the alert from FanFic that another chapter has been posted!
You write with such ease, such an incredible flow. I admire your ability to so neatly tie the laces and bind every aspect of the characters, the lives, the little pieces that were left undone, together. You are a writer - no doubt about it!
I am so glad this didn't end with the birth of the twins!

I've been waiting for this and it was worth it. You slide in one scene from another so naturally. The conversation with Anne was awkward but realistically done. Makes me think Jim will be an even better husband and father because he has now had some closure with that part of his life. The whole scene was very easy to picture.
I know all good stories must come to an end, but I hope this one doesn't end for a while yet.

I add my 'well worth the wait' to the chorus. I was afraid that Christie was going to have a little hissy fit but she chose to act maturely. And the part with Anne--both were awkward at the unexpected meeting but they handled it as adults and both were able to get some kind of closure. I hope we can look forward to more!
