Oh, Dogma, bless you for the volunteer work you do, and for giving a forgotten little soul three days of love, happiness and security. Miss Weezy was, in your eyes and anyone reading this tribute, beautiful and she deserved so much more - thank for being there to give it to her, however briefly!

Dogma, you made me cry! I'm glad there are people like you out there caring for the Weezy's of the world.

A big heart. It's what Dogma has.
I understand how a 4 legged creature can capture a heart in a short time. It happened to me.
Later, Carl

i don' t know if anyone watched animal planet on sunday,, they had episodes on katrina animals the second show was on katrina reunions,, and that was filmed at the tylertown sanctuary in mississippi it was filmed while i was there, taking care of the two dogs spotlited in that episode: two female apricot standard poodles WITH NO MICROCHIPS !! if one of those dogs had a microchip, we woud've known which dog belonged to the double amuptee i guess it just came rushing back to me,, and i bawled like a baby then mom and i went riding around the peninsula at lake erie,, it was a very very windy day,, we had just started driving on the one lane by the beach,, and i heard this loud swooshing noise,, i looked in the rearview mirror,, and this huge tree ( large as a telephone pole ) had toppled on the road,, just missing the rear fender of my truck,, a micro second sooner and mom and i could've been really hurt,, i was so shaken, ,we had to pull over and just sit for a few minutes one more message,, and i will step off my soap box: i cannot stress enough the importance of microchipping your dogs ,, a tornado, fire, hurricane,, landslide,, earthquake,, anything that could happen to seperate you from your dog,, that is THE only sure method of identification,, a collar with id tags can come off,, out of the 500 + dogs i took care of down there ( mississippi ), i encountered TWO dogs with microchips thank you for your time ( as the bartles and james wine cooler old men used to say at the end of their commercials ) i loved those old guys,,, not to mention their coolers
