I know what Karma is. But why does everyone else have smite and exalt under their name and not me. It was pointed out to me. Did not find it out on my own. Later When you're logged on and look at your own posts, you don't see "exalt"/"smite" because you can't exalt or smite yourself. I see "exalt" and "smite" on everyone else's posts, but not on my own. |

If they like it they will exalt you, if they don't like it they can smite you. Knowing the presonalities of the folks on this board, I think it would take an awful lot to be smited. If you are exalted you will get a karma point. So the fact that you have karma means that some one really likes some of your posts! BTW, I saw the news about Peter Jennings too, how sad. He was so young. |

guys: i wish like heck i could join the chat tomorrow nite,, but,, i have been so busy getting ready to go to mississippi,,
two local news stations interviewed me,, and the paper ran a nice long article,, this morning,, between 7:45 and 11 ,, i got 35 phone calls about donations,,etc,,, and i'm working the next two days
to fill those of you in who dont' know,, my d/h and i are leaving early fri am to drive to mississippi (20 hrs ) w/ our 5th wheel camper full of medical supplies,, water,, etc,, and i'll work as a vet tech ( was for 15 yrs in 70's and 80's )
and stay about 9 days to help all the animals evacuated from the katrina devistation
that said ( i find my self saying that alot ),, i am way too busy w/ work,,phones,, and organizing what we're taking to pop in the chat and say howdy doo,,
so say a prayer for our safe travel,, and that we can make a differance,,
i'll touch bases in a few wks,,
