Has anyone else seen Napoleon Dynamite? I just finished it, what a great movie. I'm curious to hear what everyone else thought.

I've seen it twice now. It is a movie about nothing in my opinion. BUt I think that is what makes it great! It follows a nerdy looking high school student who's friend wants to be the class president. He meets a girl along the way, and you get to peek into his bizarre family too.
The best scenes are definately of Napoleon dancing. They crack me up everytime!

I am going out in the morning to buy myself a "vote for Pedro" shirt. I also liked the way Napoleon talked. |

I saw one in a small T-shirt store around here and it looked just like the one in the movie.

Hey, I was going to go buy a "vote for Pedro" t-shirt too! I saw one in a small T-shirt store around here and it looked just like the one in the movie. Once I get it, I will look "Sofa King Cool" Ha... couldn't resist I'll be the coolest mom at the pre-school and the elementary school. Although most of the other moms will probably not get the joke. I suppose I am just to hip for the room. NOT! My 13 year-old niece made it perfectly clear during her recent visit that I am decidedly un-hip! |
