There ara million Capezio sites on the Net but I couldn't import a picture (tried a bunch of times). But I know Miz Dunbar hit the Capezio store on Broadway on her lunch hour -- those are absolutely black Capezio dance sandals on her feet.

Got it! Those are the women's versions, with Cuban heels. For Dunbar? Same shoe but with flat heel. The standard Broadway men's dance shoe. "Fosse, Fosse, Fosse, Fosse, Michael Kidd, Michael Kidd." (Robin Williams in The Birdcage.)
