My first for today, and rducasey - yes, you are taking Christie out - surprise!
Detective Jim Dunbar + For telling Marty he sends out a bad vibe Detective Marty Russo -- for sending out a bad vibe Christie Dunbar -- for hanging up on Jim when he suggested Pottery classes. “Christie, it’s me. How about Pottery classes? Hello?”
Detective Jim Dunbar – 143 Lt. Gary Fisk – 58 Detective Karen Bettancourt - 56 Detective Tom Selway – 46 Dr. Alan Galloway - 30 Artie Steckle - 23 Walter Clark - 21 Pete Steckle – 18 Hank-11 Detective Marty Russo – 7 Christie Dunbar - Gone, but not forgotten
Gone: 1) Letitia Berraras 2) Glen Semple 3) Warren Doyle 4) Detective Terry Jansen 5) Ty Largent 6)Lloyd Crider 7)Nick Dyson 8) Clay Simmons 9)Marybeth Desmond 10)Randy Lyman 11)Joan Tuxhorn 12) Eric Fitzgerald 13)Leonard Mattis 14)Todd Montcrief 15)Debbie Diament 16) Chief Tunney 17) Marlon Condell 18) Alison Crider 19) Sonny Famigletti 20) Rory Glann 21) Johnny Currea 22) Bo "Midnight" Matherson 23) Titus Oliver 24) Jake Crider 25) Greg Hermanson 26)Dean Bostic 27) Christie Dunbar
It’s January 10th. Christie has two tickets to Doubt. Jim, unfortunately, cannot go. He’s working a big case. (A serial killer has escaped from the holding cell at the 8th.) Christie decides to go alone. Gosh, the actor who plays Father Flynn looks mighty familiar. Is it his voice? Or maybe those blue eyes and long eyelashes? Or those shoulders…? Anyway, after the play Christie leaves the theatre and hails a cab (her car is in the shop). She doesn’t notice The Woman who is following her and carrying a bottle of wine. Christie gets in the cab and The Woman jumps in with her. “You don’t mind if we share, do you? It is just so hard to find a cab when the theatres are letting out.” The Woman is going to a hotel that is nearby and seems nice enough, so Christie says it’s fine. Christie drops The Woman off, only to find that she has left her bottle of wine in the cab. We all know how much Christie appreciates a glass of wine. She takes it with her. Jim is still not home. He has called and left a message that they think the serial killer is still in the city. In fact, every cop in the city is after her A*S. He reminds Christie to lock the door. She slips off her shoes and pours a glass of the wine, which apparently is of the home made variety. Now The Woman has done her research. She knows that Christie is allergic to corn. (After all, we did see Jim savor that one miniature corncob in the Chinese food, but never did we see a corncob enter Christie’s mouth.) The Woman has made her own Corn-wine. Christie chugs down a few mouthfuls. Oh, no – she begins to feel her throat constrict. She ca’nt breathe! She succumbs within minutes of an acute anaphylactic reaction to the corn in the wine. Has the serial killer struck again? I think so.

Hey that is "not right". Even when I don't kill, I get blamed. I just checked back on and found out someone is using me to kill. That's it. I am moving to the West Coast.

Dr. Galloway+for telling Jim, "What you need to be is healthy so that one day it's not you sitting there with the gun in your mouth." Jim Dunbar+for finally facing the reality that blindness had changed his ability to do some things required on the job. Karen+for always pushing Jim until he admitted his true feelings about a case or situation. I'm sure that helped a lot in the healing process because she never let him hide.

My second and last for the day. I'm rather enjoying it over here on the West Coast , far away from Gotham, so nothing can be blamed on me.
Lt. Gary Fisk-- For not putting the sandwich aside until after Jim and Karen left. Come on, Jim was probably hungry, one miniature corncob can't hold you for long. And heaven knows Christie didn't pack him a lunch.
Karen Bettancourt-- For expecting Lt. Fisk to pitch in and ask Jim to move.
Hank+ For not even having a doggy smell.

Hank+for the wet dog shake and the resulting beautiful Dunbar laugh/smile Jim Dunbar+for the line "I'd rather lose my sight than my courage." Karen--For expecting Lt. Fisk to pitch in and ask Jim to move. I know she just lost points for this, but mad or not, it was really immature

I still can't believe Christie's gone -- I had so many things to say about her clothes, and her shoes, and her attitude problems! Sigh. (Those miniature corncobs always make me think of Tom Hanks in Big.)
My first for today, from The Pilot:
Lt. Gary Fisk -- "If you remember, one of the things a cop looks for in a partner is whether or not that cop has their back." If you remember? Man, that's cold.)
Detective Jim Dunbar + ("You don't have to tell me about getting their backs -- I took a bullet for four cops." That's telling 'em, Jim -- gutsy when you've only been back on The Job maybe five minutes.
Detective Tom Sellway -- ("It's not like you can do anything sitting at your desk." (Or words to that effect). Jeez, Tom, we haven't even hit lunch -- you don't know what this guy can or can't do yet.
Detective Jim Dunbar – 142 Lt. Gary Fisk – 54 Detective Karen Bettancourt - 53 Detective Tom Selway – 44 Dr. Alan Galloway - 31 Artie Steckle - 23 Walter Clark - 21 Pete Steckle – 18 Detective Marty Russo – 9 Hank-6
Gone: 1) Letitia Berraras 2) Glen Semple 3) Warren Doyle 4) Detective Terry Jansen 5) Ty Largent 6)Lloyd Crider 7)Nick Dyson 8) Clay Simmons 9)Marybeth Desmond 10)Randy Lyman 11)Joan Tuxhorn 12) Eric Fitzgerald 13)Leonard Mattis 14)Todd Montcrief 15)Debbie Diament 16) Chief Tunney 17) Marlon Condell 18) Alison Crider 19) Sonny Famigletti 20) Rory Glann 21) Johnny Currea 22) Bo "Midnight" Matherson 23) Titus Oliver 24) Jake Crider 25) Greg Hermanson 26)Dean Bostic 27) Christie Dunbar

Hank+because I love him and I don't want Jim to be without him any longer than he has to. Lt. Fisk+To Jim "When the Chief of D's gives you an a*s kicking you shut up and take it." Marty+for the catfight mime to Fisk when Karen was mad at Jim over Nick
Detective Jim Dunbar – 142 Lt. Gary Fisk – 55 Detective Karen Bettancourt - 53 Detective Tom Selway – 44 Dr. Alan Galloway - 31 Artie Steckle - 23 Walter Clark - 21 Pete Steckle – 18 Detective Marty Russo – 10 Hank-7

My first for today:
Let me go on record right here to say that I am all the way on the other coast now, far away from the scene so you know if anyone is "offed", it "wasn't me, it wasn't Luis" (Oh God How come I can't stop talking in B/J talk.) I may have capped Ty, and the Chief and Letitia, Dean, and others I can't remember, "but I didn't cap Christie, no way you're getting me on that one." I was framed! So....."that said" here is my vote for today. (By the way, Sonny informed me that it was Kathy who did in Christie and tried to blame "moi".)
Detective Jim Dunbar+ Let's see what have I missed, oh year, for those pecs.(sigh....) Detective Marty Russo--For not using the deodorant with the aluminum. Pete Steckle-- For not offering Jim a cup of coffee. Mrs. Tuxhorn and Mrs. Crider did and Marybeth even had coffeecake on the table for him. (zoom in). Okay, admit it , it is getting a little harder to find reasons.
Detective Jim Dunbar – 143 Lt. Gary Fisk – 55 Detective Karen Bettancourt - 53 Detective Tom Selway – 44 Dr. Alan Galloway - 31 Artie Steckle - 23 Walter Clark - 21 Pete Steckle – 16 Detective Marty Russo – 8 Hank-7
Gone: 1) Letitia Berraras 2) Glen Semple 3) Warren Doyle 4) Detective Terry Jansen 5) Ty Largent 6)Lloyd Crider 7)Nick Dyson 8) Clay Simmons 9)Marybeth Desmond 10)Randy Lyman 11)Joan Tuxhorn 12) Eric Fitzgerald 13)Leonard Mattis 14)Todd Montcrief 15)Debbie Diament 16) Chief Tunney 17) Marlon Condell 18) Alison Crider 19) Sonny Famigletti 20) Rory Glann 21) Johnny Currea 22) Bo "Midnight" Matherson 23) Titus Oliver 24) Jake Crider 25) Greg Hermanson 26)Dean Bostic 27) Christie Dunbar
