Is anyone watching The Unit? I thought I was hooked after the premiere. Dennis Haysbert taking down the hijackers!! However, Kim, the new wife who I thought was going to be an interesting irritant to the other wives, folded halfway through the second episode. So, I dunno.

I'll give it a shot based on your take, anna. Let's compare notes on The Heist after it premieres next week. Doobrah put me on to Dougray Scott, the lead, star of a wonderful movie called Enigma, and that darling Cinderella movie with Drew Barrymore and Angelica Huston, the name of which is -- ah hah! Ever After. And Reno Wilson's in The Heist, looking funny and smart. Prison Break's new again next week, and if I can hang on until June there's the new season of Rescue Me.You gotta look hard to find good watching after Blind Justice, but it's there . . . .

i did miss one important part,, who was the injured man they took on the plane that jumped out? He was a terrorist. I took that they just happened to recognize him while they were trying to get the fallen satellite and took the opportunity to nab him as well. And, yes, Kim is a pain in the neck, but - for the sake of the story - she provided a contrast to the Stepford-esque calm of the other wives in the first episode.

I watched the premiere last week--pretty good. Not must see, but I'll have it in my mind. However, must see TV for me occurs at the same time, so I probably won't be watching it. Godiva's. I would have started a thread, but it's a Canadian show, so most won't receive it. If there was ever a "guilty pleasures" show, this is it! Here's the official blurb: Set in Vancouver's trendy Yaletown, this Gemini-nominated series takes viewers inside the high-pressure restaurant biz and the entwined private lives of its young and struggling employees. Yeah, well, whatever. This show is about sex--all kinds, all types, all the time!!!. I am really embarrased that I love this show--it's kind of like a trashy talk show that you can't stop watching! Here's the official website. www.bravo.ca/godivas/I must say the actor who plays Ramir is a real babe. Quite surprising for a show to have the lead character a Hindu--nice move. Modified to add--I think we in Canada are doubly blessed. We get all the American shows, plus Canadian ones, but Americans rarely get Canadian shows--if they do it is often many seasons later, like DaVinci's Inquest.

I have also watched this since House wasn't on. Not a bad show at all, in my opinion. Of course it got a good lead in with NCIS.
Kim is somewhat annoying--even her hubby lost it with her in the last episode even though it wasn't her fault but a "garbled transmission". Yeah and Molly is rather too calm but her story of the rat to cover for her husband was a good one. And the other wife, what is her name...Tiffy??? Having an affair with the boss while her husband is off fighting the bad guys!!! I guess you have to have one on every show any more.
I felt for Brown being thrown to the wolves--FBI--like that but he covered his behind rather well!
