I think Jim believed Lyman was bluffing when he claimed to have a gun, but he couldn't know for sure. This must have been one of the reasons he was so shaken after the incident was over. Never thought about it like that but you're right. Making an assumption like that would leave you very shaken once the incident was over. Are any of these what you were looking for? In the first one, Jim is just about to pick up the harness. In the other two, he has picked it up and they are walking away. (Which you can see). That's exactly what I was looking for!!! Thank you for finding them for me. - Chris

One thing I noticed was when they were at the place where Lynn Bodner was found. As Karen and Jim leaves, Fisk looks at Jim as he picks up Hank's harness, wondering as if he had already forgotten that Jim was blind. After looking at the screencaps, I don't think Fisk forgot Jim was blind. I think he was thinking, "What the @#$%&*! were the brass thinking, letting this guy come back on the job?"

Has anyone else noticed that at the dog ashes crime scene, when Jim pulls back out of the car, he has the box of ashes both upside down and open? I'm thinking Fido was likely to end up in the gutter!!

I'm thinking Fido was likely to end up in the gutter!! When Jim says "don't let anyone else touch this car" he is shaking his hand inside the car - with the box of the priceless dog ashes still in it. I hope he put the lid back on! I can already see it in the outtakes: "Don't let anyone else touch this car" Ron Eldard standing there, adding with a straight face "bad enough I spilled the ashes all over the seat!"
