Wouldn't you hate to be the "living book" that didn't get checked out There is something similar here, a "brown bag" event but it only has one person --a cop, an artist, a teacher etc. I wonder who decides what kind of people they have each time and how you go about getting them. An ad in the classifieds?

Very cool!!!! As I began reading the article, I thought I've heard about this before - duh!!! The article said that the concept was invented in Denmark, no wonder I'd heard about it before. Wouldn't you hate to be the "living book" that didn't get checked out That would be really bad!!! Definitely not something that would boost ones self esteem - Chris

Good for you guys! I think it's a wonderful concept. It would be great if it helped to dispel stereotypes. Wonder if there is a category for "Rabid fans of cancelled shows", like the board blurb says? Modified to add: One of the friends I sent this to had this comment: Interesting. Sort of gives a whole new meaning to "Hey, check that chick (guy) out!"Groan.
