Early this morning some of the backlot and King Kong attraction burned in California Universal Studios. The news said included in this fire were backlots that looked like New England and New York. Does anyone know if some of the Blind Justice episodes used this lot? I know many of the exterior shots were filmed in NYC but some of them seem like they were not. For example the shots of Dance with me and the fire that the detectives were investigating seem different from others. Anyone know?

Yeah you can tell these and many others are back lot scenes, and not on the streets of NY, like the scenes on Elizabeth with Sonny, and running up the stairs to Debbie Diamonds place, and Jim and Karen coming out of the Yun's house...has a bit of a fake look to it.

When I re-watched "Fancy Footwork" this evening, I checked the credits, which say "Filmed at 20th Century Fox Studios."
