Blame Mary -- she started it with her "Remember When" thread. There's great stuff in the archives, folks. Fond memories for the old-timers, great fun for the newbies. Before we start tapping down memory lane, I thought it might be fun to do a poll to see what y'all would like best.

How about "How the Cliffhanger Ends" where we come up with interesting ideas for how the show would have played out had it lasted an entire season. I mean would Marty and Jim have become drinking buddies? Salsa partners? Would Karen have started dating the Chief of D's? Who knows what might have happened had the axe not fallen so soon.

Seems to me there was a bit of a problem last time with the person in control being gone a long time once in a while. Sometimes we wouldn't find out if the guess was right for a long time. I know we're not as busy as we were before so maybe it won't be a problem this time. Guess we could try it and if it happens to be a problem, then work it out. I think most of us are on the most at night. I don't remember how we fixed the problem before and didn't want to go through three threads to find out. |

And I seem to remember a delicious sense of anticipation in Hangman when we were mid-game and The One Who Knew the Answer was away from the board for a few hours. It all seemed to work out in the end, right? ;D Hmmmm. Maybe we need a new "Auld Lang Syne" thread or section for revivals. Just look at those votes for the good old Survival Game. Maybe one more round for the Christmas season? I will if y'all will, but first a question: Should we start with the entire list of characters (as we did in the original game) or just go for the top ten? Heaven knows I woud hate to do our Serial Killers (a.k.a. Mary and Kathy) out of a few potential victims. One thing I do know -- if we do it, I say this time you can play as many times a day as you want a day and double-post to your hearts' content. Heh. And why try to come up with anything new? It's been ages. Years. What's a few repeats between friends?  Thoughts, anyone? |

If we used the entire cast of characters it would stretch forever! Maybe we use the top ten or break it down into categories such as cops, bad guys, suspects, etc. etc.

I have one more week of school and then I'm off for two weeks. I may or may not be going away for a couple of days. Either way I'll be around most of the time to join in whatever we decide to do. |
