Bravo showed 6 episodes in a row last night of The Jake Effect -- a fully produced 30-minute sitcom from 2003. Even though it was fully produced & shown to critics (who loved it), NBC never aired it. It stars Jason Bateman (pre- Arrested Development) and Greg Grunberg, scene-stealing sidekick to the stars. IT IS HILARIOUS !!! And like when the TR!O channel showed Bakersfield, P.D., it is being shown under its "Brilliant but Cancelled" moniker. And.... they've created a web site: www.brilliantbutcancelled.com where you can watch segments and whole episodes of shows. Unfortunately, Bakersfield isn't there.. yet.

It won't work for me. It says the clip I've selected is not available from my location.
