I watched at first because of the premise, so I had to go with that in the poll. The fact that Ron Eldard was in Blind Justice was definitely a "plus," but I probably would have watched at least the Pilot, no matter who was in it. That said, I wouldn't have continued watching if the show hadn't been so good and RE's performance so compelling.

I guess I would say for Ron Ron Ron. I had never heard of him, nor had ever been a fan of ER, so didn't know him at all. The actual day of the first episode at about eight in the morning, I happened to catch a promo for it, and saw this gorgeous blond guy. I was not even paying attention and did not know he was blind, just blond. Thus "blond dude" to me I guess. I made a note to tune in that night, and *BAM* I was smitten. I did not even know until I watched the first five minutes that he was blind as well as blond. After that I looked forward each week to the next Tuesday Night.

Well, I should add to my earlier post and those of you who know me, won't be shocked.
Picture it, Sicily, 1928, a small-town peasant girl.......oops! Sorry, I had a Golden Girl moment! But I digress.
It was morning and I just got off the R train (ya know, the one that goes to Bay Ridge?) and went into Starbuck's for my very much needed Venti Vanilla Skim Latte (mmm....). I'm walking across Times Square and happen to look up - and there's nine feet of Ron staring down at me in the Blind Justice ad. In my shock and awe state, still staring up at him, I trip over the curb and fall! (True story, I mean it). BUT, I not only managed to not fall out of my shoe, I saved my coffee (thank God).
So I decided to sit there for a minute to see if chivalry really is dead in New York City.
It is.

I watched it first because my friend told me about the show and that it was about a blind cop. I'm always attracted to any movie/show that has a disabled lead. By the time I watched it, it was ep three. Lucky for me, she had the other two on tape. I never looked back after that and instantly became an RE admirer.

I was hooked on the premise. Like BJO, I'm interested in any movie or show with a disabled lead. We had a long time to look forward to this, cos in Australia that just love teasing the viewers for months before actually putting a new show to air. I remembered Ron vaguely from ER and had seen him in Scent Of A Woman and Drop Dead Fred (one of my son's favourite movies), so knew who he was. But yes, if the Pilot had been poorly done, I would probably have not watched past the second episode.
Now I can't get enough of the show and have also sought out everything I can find that Ron's been in. He would have to be one of THE most talented actors to have ever graced our screens.

I was folding laundry in my room and getting the kids ready for school while listening to Good Morning America (big fan) and I heard his voice, wow how sexy it was, and I looked up and saw the most gorgeus man in the world. I was hooked when I saw and heard him, plus I like cop shows. Still can't believe I met him and he had his arm around me for a picture like so many of us - it still feels sureal!

Because it had been advertised as a program with Descriptive. One of the very, very, rare programs that do.
Plus, I just knew I would meet all you beautiful ladies.
Later, Carl

Hello? The last time I checked, the subject of this thread was the reason we first tuned in to Blind Justice. Can we get back to that -- please?

Absolutely, mlm88, and thanks. I've deleted my last comment, which had nothing to do with this topic, and I apologize.
