(I also really liked Blue Bloods, but alas has a conflict with a Canadian sketch comedy show--bummer) I'm curious as to what kind of "Canadian sketch show" is better than Tom Selleck in the best role he's had since Jesse Stone. A propos of nothing . . . the new Law & Order: Los Angeles (LOLA) is, to me a huge disappointment: glitzy and trashy and NO replacement for the Mothership. However, "Vice Versa" with Rob Morrow and Maura Tierney ain't bad. NIce New Yawk flavor, althout whoever cut Maura's hair should be stood against a wall and shot. Best thing I saw all the promiere week? Ken Burns's lovely and heartfelt PBS sequel to his baseball series, called "The Tenth Inning." Took me right back to the moment when the BoSox FINALLY clinched the series . . . right, rducasey??? That said, this all makes me want to stick in my battered DVD of the BJ series and watch a GREAT premiere. ;D

I haven't watched it but I hear it's not doing well in the ratings and might get cancelled so don't get too attached. Sorry. Maura has post-chemo hair. She was going through treatment last year, which was why she had to pass up a role on "Parenthood," which then went to Lauren Graham. I'm glad to see her back and healthy. I'm sure the hair is a work in progress.

Not a Blind Justice guest star, but Adriane Lenox, who was in Doubt on Broadway with some blond dude, was on this week's episode of Detroit 1-8-7. By the way, if you haven't caught it yet, I recommend it. Probably the best cop show I've watched since Blind Justice.

In the U.S., it's on at (believe it or not) 10 p.m. on Tuesdays on ABC.

Michael Gaston is part of the cast of "Unforgettable". (He has a very forgettable role as a cop).
