Thanks Smeep! Do you have a screen capture of the man in the jeans and T? Seems like you've got quite the collection - does that happen to be one?

Do a Google search for Freedomland images. You should find an absolutely horrifying picture of RE. I didn't think it was possible, but he does not look at all attractive. I would provide the link but it wasn't working, just give it a try. If this is the look of his character, there's no eye candy in this one!

Jim even wakes up with great hair- no "bed head" he. Doobrah's avatar is proof of that. Is that from the wake up scene in In Your Face? Who wakes up that pretty? No wonder Christy had to peak under those covers. Hate to burst your bubble - but I consider this one bed head! The rest of him makes up for it, though.

Go to wireimage.com and search on Eldard in the caption. You will absolutely see some scary pictures of him there.

Not his best look by a long shot, but I even find THAT attractive. Not something for the avatar, but it's hard to ugly that guy up. Really, once you get past the first few shots with the odd facial hair, he's back to normal again and quite adorable.

Either way works! He's awesome! I go out to a concert (Chris Isaak) and I come home to swoon over all these great photos!!! Do you ever use the zoom function on your DVD player and just have the eyes or the lips fill the entire TV screen? I am always doing that and freeze framing, and slo mo-ing, and .....sigh, I may have to go pop in a DVD at any moment now.

I cannot make that link work to save my life, techno-idiot that I am . Can someone who knows what they're doing please nip over and "steal" the images and post them in the "Freedomland" thread so we can all get a good look? Thanks!

I would zoom in if the quality of my DVD allowed me to do it - but it's TOO FUZZY! So, instead I have been having a blast with my new computer and have been making screen captures, all kinds of screen captures. Here are a couple from my favorite scene in Marlon's Brando of my favorite eyes! Amazing emotion registered there - and not one word - that's the beauty of it! Enjoy! LongLashes

I said it a long time ago. He was dressed like a "Ken" doll. Now do you believe me? If Marsie stayed away....it'd be blue jeans, t-shirt, and a worn, leather jacket. All the time. A true man's wardrobe Later Carl

What a post Maggie! I just love it! You are so the wo-man! First, the money thing. I have always chalked up there beautiful apartment and Jim's astounding wardrobe to Christie's high power career at a fashion magazine. She would have to pull down over six figures, with that in with Jim's detective salary and they should be doing all right financially. Or maybe that fabulous apartment is really leased by Jim's great grandmother and is rent controlled to back when she signed the lease in 1904. Or maybe, they are like so many DINK's out there - in debt up to their eyeballs. Christie charges all of Jimmy's clothes and doesn't bother to tell him. Their credit cards are maxed out, they have a huge adjustable rate mortgage that started at one percent, but with rates increasing they are deferring more to the principle every month. That Volvo they drive - leased. Can you tell I used to be a financial analyst? Now onto the clothes. I agree 100% with your assessment of Christie's outfits. Your eye candy point is a good one, she is beautiful and skinny, they want to show off as much of her as possible. I have two issues with Jim's wardrobe. One, the jeans in Doggone, no macho manly man (with apologies to any men out there who do wear them) would wear jeans with a goofy flourish on the back pocket. Eldard should have put his foot down and insisted on a pair with plain pockets, or at the very least the Levi's design. I am also not super impressed with the tailoring on his suit pants. I know some might beg to differ, but men's pants have to be tailored to exact specifications. They need to cling in the exact right spots and hang in the exact right spots. I would go into further detail, but since this is a family board, I'll leave it to your imaginations. Oh, and I am right there with you on the silly t-shirt. Other than that I have three words for Jim's wardrobe Hot! Hot!! Hot!!! BTW, do you think I should leave my baby blue raincoat home when I travel to Manhattan next month? Jim definitely would not have been able to afford the clothes without Christie's money and/or discount. So, how do you think he dressed before Christie? Was he slouchy or did he dress as well as he could on his salary with off the rack stuff? And he seems pretty strong-willed and not likely to let people tell him what to do. So, did he really volunteer for Christie to "dress" him - or did she sneak all those great suits, shirts, ties & shoes into his closet after he was blinded? Or another explanation (for both Jim AND the apartment) - did we miss the Jim Dunbar episode on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy? - which would also explain those jeans, Mouse.
