April 2, 2006 will be long remembered in this part of the country. A person working for the power company took these photos of the devastation in Marmaduke, Arkansas, which is about 40 miles north of where I live. Somehow, the storm front split in two and went north and south of us. imageevent.com/brobert/marmaduke?n=0This shows a factory where they make railroad tankcars. You will see the tanks blown completely off the wheels, and how the factory was leveled. The one good thing of this is that the owner of the business is very well off, and he is paying the salaries of all the employees out of his own funds, while the business is being rebuilt.
