Hi, Matilda! I'm guessing the Australian products that you know and we don't wouldn't be there!!! (Dr. Brandt? Modelco? Nars? Tweezerman?). As for Christie's "cologne," you're right in that Chanel #5 would be a bit heavy for daytime, unless, like Milady Dunbar, you were a relentless fashionista. How big is the Vuitton hobo bag? Well, first of all, I meant the Vuitton bucket bac -- oops! -- which would be big enough to carry everything I mentioned in the other thread if you stuffed everything in and pushed it down -- about a foot high on a hard oval base with a drawstring top. Loved the Rescue Remedy reference, by the way -- although I always figured Christie as a prescription rather than a homeopathic kind o' gal. That Rescue Remedy is good stuff. Hmmm . . . doesn't this belong in Oddities and Analysis instead of in Games? I'm just sayin'. MODIFIED TO ADD:
And here we are!

The Vuitton bucket bag is big enough to carry ME! I have one - 'tis my fav!!! I agree with Matilda's list of contents, but I shall add another two, perhaps, based on me: an extra pair of shoes (heels, of course) and a fashion magazine!

Maybe this is too practical for Christie, but I think a set of spare gel pads for putting in your sandals so that you can have 'party feet' would be a good idea. How else can she manage to teeter so elegantly on those thin-soled high heels all day?
Also, what about tooth-brush, toothpaste and floss? Or, failing that, I found something amazing in a chemists here recently: it's a little sachet of tooth cleaning wipes. They take up next to no space, and leave your teeth feeling tooth-pastey clean. (Apparently. I haven't tried them, but my broken-wristed friend did before she got her plaster put on, because she couldn't manipulate her toothbrush comfortably.)

Geez you are all obviously handbag gals - completley agree with all suggestions.
Maggie, ModelCo is Australian but sold in the States - miraculous products in my strong view. The rest you mention I used to be able to buy only in your fair nation but can get them all here now - as is evident I am clearly vain and shallow person and product junkie.
Should we start another thread for which type of handag? Although at this early stage I'm with Barb!
Cheers

Chanel #5 Hair Fragrance and small jar of body creme. (Irresistable combo IMHO) BoarsBristle Hair Brush Jimmy's cane, (when he's on her arm as the ultimate accessory)
