Oh, this category is fun. My all-time favorites are: 1. Buffy the Vampire Slayer (best show ever hands down!!) 2. Angel 3. Blind Justice 4. Dark Angel 5. Stargate SG-1 Oh, gosh, are those really my all time favorites? I also loved loved loved the A-Team, the Incredible Hulk (yes, really), The Young Riders, Designing Women, Friends, Star Trek: TNG, and I'm sure a bunch of others I'm not thinking of. My currently airing favorites are probably: 1. Stargate SG-1 2. Battlestar Galactica 3. ER 4. NCIS 5. Law and Order: Special Victims Unit Now that I'm back in this thread, I'm remembering other shows I've loved: Knight Rider, Doogie Howser, M.D. (yay Bochco), Picket Fences, Quantum Leap (yay, greenbeing!), and Life Goes On. And I find it hard to believe that in a group this intelligent, there are *no* other Buffy fans!! Rent the DVDs, folks. Hidden meanings, universal truths, gratuitous pop culture references, great acting, writing, directing, everything. For those of you who are academically inclined, www.slayage.tv is interesting. And as shmeep so graciously pointed out to me recently, Television Without Pity covers Buffy well, with recaps of all (?) the episodes.

This is NOT a top five shows list. But, I didn't know where else to put this. (I want to emphasize "put")
I got a spam today: Which is your top 5 favorites shows. The choices included some of our favorites:
Boston Legal CSI (All US Cities) (They're beginning to look like an airline schedule.) Desperate Housewives Bachelor whatever Grey's Anatomy and some additional cr@p.
It's pretty bad when networks have such bad programs they have to "troll" for people to rate them.
I deleted before answering. Nothing worth choosing. Lousy shows; lousy writers; actors? (misnomer)

CSI (All US Cities) (They're beginning to look like an airline schedule.) Ha! Karma for that.

Not really germane either, but.... I got my Google alert on BJ this morning. Some stupid tripe from an Aussie TV critic about BJ. But what really grabbed me was that since this is summer there now, they have summer replacements on TV just like we do. Just they call it the "silly season." How appropriate. ;D

Wouldn't "Trollop" vs tv critic (if male a Russo) be a better description.
Go get em Schmeep.
