Just watched this. I was not sure what I was looking at for most of the video. Hand Puppet? Conjoined Twins? Marionett? I'm still not sure what the illusion is, but it is a cool video none the less.

I watched about half of it and found it amazing, but in a creepy kind of way. I stopped watching because I didn't want to watch any more of it. Like E, I'm not sure exactly what the illusion was or how it was done, but I guess that's what makes it an illusion.
I could only make out part of the introduction, but that part translates to "the man with two heads."
