Any new gadgets in your life?
I got one. It's a WiFi radio. AE Brand Right out-of-the-box setup. Doesn't require a cd and the Wizard.
Plug it in, enter the WEP of your WiFi. (Barb: For those who remember you trolling for WiFi when yours went out last summer, the WEP does not apply to you. Just joking! I always joke with the one's I love.)
I have been listening to news from around the world. The sound is crystal-clear. Right now I'm listening to news in Australia (Brisbane to be exact.)
It does beat listening to radio on the pc by avoiding the retuning and locating stations.
I have heard news in Vancouver and Toronto.
A real nice way to get news told from around the world. Later, Carl

Sorry, I'm late replying.
Wifi radio is internet radio without having to use the computer. It uses your wifi (if you have it) and gets approx 4000 stations from around the world. Has great sound. Simple to use. It's a plug and play. AE brand. Check it out at the CCCrane Company.
I've been listening to ABC (Australia Broadcasing Co)
I'll listen in to Brisbane and let you know what I hear.
The latest news Downunder is the murder case in Tasmania and the contention between Japan and Australia concerning a security agreement.
Later, Carl

Any new gadgets in your life? Since you asked Carl. Yes, This is the coffeemaker that I got for Christmas from my family. Oh my gosh, I love it. It just makes a single cup, with those little pods you see next to it, in about 15 seconds and always ready to make another cup. You just fill the reservoir on the side with water, and then when you want a cup, you pop in a pod, (which cost about .50 a piece) and you get the greatest cup of fresh brewed coffee. There are many many varieties of coffees and teas you can get. Since my husband is decaf and I am regular, it makes it so easy to just make a cup. And as for Dunkin Donuts, I hardly ever stop there anymore. Love it.

Is a DVD player a gadget??? If so, yes, there is a new gadget in my life. It's a Panasonic DVD player, modified so I can watch DVDs from all regions, which means no problems buying DVDs in the US.... ;D - Chris
