Yesterday I visited my father. He lives close to the beach so in the late afternoon we went for a walk. It was just before sunset and there was no wind. - Chris

Mlm: that's an amazing... and sobering... picture. Thanks for sharing. Following on from the earlier trend in sunrises / sunsets, I also have a picture for you. I took this one on my way in to work yesterday. (Yes, this is sunrise, which is about 8.45am at the moment. I was running late...) Krissie

Okay...Christmas is over... New Years day is over...Can we have summer now please!? Is this what you want??? Before you ask, no I didn't take this pic, I stole it from another website, shame on me It was taken on July 6. on a rainy summer day, very typical for summer in Denmark. - Chris Modified to add: As I post this there is no pic in Lindy's post (seems like photobucket is asleep ) so I hope I'm not offending anyone, I'm just fooling around. You all know how I seem to like bizarre pictures. This is a balloon artist who does not seem to be interested in just making those little animal balloon sculptures. He likes to design dresses out of balloons. Wait a minute..... I guess he does like to make animals. Really big ones! Notice the man inside the dinosaur costume?

Those are interesting. It must be tricky getting those on without popping them.
