I knew you lived in a beautiful part of the country, but that is absolutely gorgeous! Everything is so green - and should be after all that snow this winter. Speaking of which, do you have a picture of what that same scene might look like in winter? I didn't get a winter view of the area around Genesse Park but if one was to continue heading West You would end up near Echo Mountain, one of Colorado's 54 fourteeners. These are peaks over 14,000 feet.

My thoughts exactly - what a mess if, as and when those "dominoes" start to go. BJO, did they post any information along that picture? Like where or how long it took to set that up? And yes, like Hoosier says, whether those eggs are hardboiled? Amazing! Now, I want to know, how did they do that?

I got them in an email and it didn't say anything about them or where they were. I wish I knew too.

Wow, Lindy, that's really neat. The detail is amazing. Did they say anything about the number of pieces used or how long it took to build?

This is along the same lines as bjobsessed's egg picture....I just wonder how these people have so much time on their hands!!!! These are pictures of a church made up completely of legos...enjoy! TOTALLY NEAT! Now, look at the back of the church where the pipes are - that's the loft and that's from where I sing every week.

Anyone out there familiar with these guys? It's Bob and Doug Mackenzie! It started as a skit on SCTV in the early 80's, poking fun at Canada's image of beer drinkin', toque wearin', fun lovin' hosers. You might recognize them, the actors are Dave Thomas and Rick Moranis. They eventually made a movie, Strange Brew, and put out a comedy album. Tonight on the CBC is a new special--I can hardly wait! I love these guys. One of their songs was a 12 days of Christmas parody--I don't remember it all, but some of it was: Four pounds of backbacon Three French toast Two turtlenecks And a beer--in a tree

Koo-oo-koo-koo-koo-oo-koo-koo! Oh, Inuvik, you're such a hoser, eh? I love these guys!! And don't I wish I could get CBC tonight so I could sit down and partaketh too! Considering that Bob and Doug McKenzie were originally added as filler for two minutes at the end of an SCTV episode, they are still one of the most enduring and endearing of all hosers - and probably the only guys we Canadians would ever allow to poke fun of us like that!

I remember Bob and Doug. My brothers absolutely loved the Christmas song and would listen to it over and over.

Well take off eh! The special was pretty good. It was introduced by Paul Martin (!). He also ended it. He was leaving and an assistant rushed out and said, "Mr. Martin, you forgot this!", and she's holding his suit. The camera then shows him dressed in hoser clothes and saying, "That's not mine, I just wore it for the show!" Pretty funny, given how conservative a dresser PM the ex PM is. Some new segments, they fooled around with camera cell phones and "beerberries".
