Ah very interesting N. I am looking forward to the next chapter. I like the way you interpret the facial expressions and body language of the team. How appropriate that we are having that same weather here right now. It makes it easy to identify with Karen's reluctance to go out in it.

A snowy day, no school, no reason to go out, and a new chapter from N....what could be better. And this time leaving us with a real "cliffhanger" literally. Thanks N. (not me...just a picture from our local newspaper for today)

I have a sneaking suspicion that Des is the reason for Karen's sudden slide towards the river. Show-off Don't keep us too long in suspense!

Whoa, whew--quite the breathtaking chapter! I'm glad Des got his comeuppance--showoff! It was great to see that Jesse was the one who was so professional and in charge. And Jim, rushing in to the rescue, not once thinking about what might happen to both of them, only knowing he had to have his partner's back!

With all the weather we have had, I totally sympathize with Karen. Yuck! Better change before the stuff hardens any more!

Natascha, I like that you have Karen forcing Jim to open up a little - he needs to learn that it won't kill him if he does. Karma! - Chris
