[Anna - Karma for posting this! As usual YOU are more dependable than a Google Alert! Now if you could only find out when it will be released, or what RE is doing next!!! Oh, please yes, I might have to turn catholic just so I can go pray for that!

I think that what we all need right now is a good dose of eye candy. Life is like a box of chocolates. Some people buy all sorts, I'll have a box full of this variety. Thanks for the treat Anna

HDnet Films had a (very) small image of the movie poster up. Do my eyes deceive me or is that the same leather jacket from Doggone? If so, he definitely gets his use out of it.

She already did a black leather jacket survey shortly after her chest hair survey. I can only tease her like this because she is away for the weekend. Shhhh....don't tell her I said that.

Is this coming to the show or only to HDnet? I got a google alert that made it sound like it was only going to be on tv. I hope I'm wrong b/c I can't get that channel! Might have mentioned something about HBO too. I can't remember, but no matter. That's not even available in Canada!

I didn't find any new information on the possible release of Diggers, but I did find a larger version of the picture used for the poster: P.S. It looks OK on my monitor, but if it's "stretching" the board, please let me know, and I'll fix it.

I cleaned out my email so the google alert is gone but I managed to find the same article again so here it is. I shortened it some and highlighted the part about Diggers which is only one line. HDNet Movies produces and broadcasts more original movies than any other network and is the exclusive home of day and date movie releases from HDNet Films including the Academy Award nominated "Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room," Toronto Film Festival nominee "The War Within," and "Bubble," the first of six movies by acclaimed director Steven Soderbergh and produced exclusively for HDNet Films. Other HDNet Films releases include "One Last Thing" starring Cynthia Nixon, "Herbie Hancock: Possibilities," and coming soon, Matt Taubers' Tribeca Film Festival nominee "The Architect," starring Anthony LaPaglia and Isabella Rossellini, "Diggers," starring Paul Rudd, Ron Eldard, Maura Tierney and Lauren Ambrose, "Quid Pro Quo," starring Nick Stahl and Vera Farmiga, "Hunter," the story of the life and death of infamous gonzo journalist Hunter S. Thompson from director Alex Gibney, and producer Graydon Carter. Also coming soon are "Fay Grim," from maverick writer-director Hal Hartley, starring Superman's Parker Posey and Jeff Goldblum, and "Broken English," from Zoe Cassavetes, starring Gena Rowlands, Parker Posey, Drea de Matteo and Griffin Dunne. Many more are to come. HDNet Movies also features a wide selection of major studio theatrical releases - all uncut, unedited, and appearing in their original aspect ratio so that HDNet viewers get the best possible home theater experience. The HDNet networks are available on Adelphia, Bright House, Charter, DIRECTV, DISH Network, Insight, Mediacom, Time Warner Cable and more than 40 NCTC cable affiliate companies. I found this from The Hollywood Reporter. Looks like it will be both TV and big screen! (My bolding of course).
Back in May, Production Weekly announced that Paul Rudd, Peter Dinklage and Ken Marino had joined the cast of Diggers, and now The Hollywood Reporter adds five more names to the cast of stars as Ron Eldard, Josh Hamilton, Maura Tierney, Lauren Ambrose and Sarah Paulson have come aboard the film, which is set to have a day-and-date TV premiere on the HDNet Movies Network with a theatrical release by Magnolia Pictures.
