I just check out all the pictures and this one is definitely my favourite! ;D ;D ;D After you see the play, it may be harder to pick your favorite. Each picture reminds me of that particular scene. I'm so glad that you are going to get to see this in person!

And it is in these pictures you can see why it is that this play is so well suited to a theater like the Walter Kerr, small and intimate. Too much of the character would be lost if you weren't able to make that visual connection as in the second photograph - the intensity of the expression on Ron Eldard's face; or, in the third, the simplistic beauty of the manner in which he is holding his hands.
Now that I see these photos, I want to go again and have an opportunity to sit in awe of the experience that is DOUBT!

You don't know how much I wish I could make that work - not only to see the play again, but to get together and meet you and the 3-11 gang! It would definitely be another occasion to remember.

So does that mean you're coming Lori? How cool would that be? I have crutches to protect myself with. Ulike my natural legs that are not strong and don't always do what I tell them, my crutches never let me down!
P.S. The basketball picture looks great on my desktop. ;D

Let's all keep an eye on a very "inside" program out of New York PBS called Theater Talk. Eileen Atkins is scheduled for February 17, but there is no mention of RE or other cast members. However, it would be fascinating to hear Ms. Atkins talk about the play. www.theatertalk.org/episodes.php?cmd=detail¤t=y&id=293

However, it would be fascinating to hear Ms. Atkins talk about the play. www.theatertalk.org/episodes.php?cmd=detail¤t=y&id=293I sent this inquiry to theatertalk last night: Will any other members of the current cast of Doubt appear with Eileen Atkins for the February 17th interview? Is there any possibility that you will have Ron Eldard as a guest, either then or at a later date? And received this response from them this morning: Ron Eldard was originally scheduled to appear, but ultimately had a scheduling conflict. Eileen Atkins is wonderful by herself, however. They would not confirm that Ron might appear at a later date, only that they considered the subject covered for now.

Isn't that the date for the opening of Freedomland?

Thanks very much for the info on Theater Talk. Unfortunately, my PBS station doesn't carry the program , so I hope you'll post a full report after it airs!
