Ta-daaaa! Now it's official! Germany has got "Blind Justice" on TV! 3 years late, but still... Of course it's all dubbed. But who cares if you know the original by heart. So now I get to understand the 5 percent of dialogue I haven't been able to translate before  Dopp, back from exile. Welcome back from your exile!! I hope Jimmy D sounds great in German.  Small rant here: How come when we get about 6 (six!) German channels here, that we don't get the one airing BJ??? Bummer!!!  Take care and keep smiling - Chris  |

Well what do you know,,,Jimmy and Christie's house in a commercial in Denmark....How about that! Did you say, "hey, I know that place"? I was a little confused... They show BJ on monday nights at 10pm til midnight. Unfortunately those are the nights between my late and morning shifts. I was quite sleepy and dozed off several times  (only for seconds...) during the show and woke up when the commercial started. First thought: "Huh? What is Matthew Fox doing in BJ"? By the way: before BJ they showed an episode of Without a Trace which had "Midnight" Matheson in it. Funny. Welcome back from your exile!! I hope Jimmy D sounds great in German. Jimmy D doesn't exactly sound great in German (you'll never find that if you know Ron's real voice) but at least they chose a rather charismatic one for him . I don't like Karen's voice at all. She sounds a little bored with all she is saying. I don't like dubbings in general, but I think it's been done quite well. There was only one thing I didn't understand: In 4FU they replaced "Bin Laden" by "Elvis". What was that for?  |

However, Cablevision of CT doesn't include Sleuth in their Basic package so I can't get it. Then again, Cablevision is the Ultimate Evil, as witness their pulling Food Network and HGTV because of their ongoing war with Scripps. But I applaud your giddy happy dance!!!!! |

I just stumbled upon Blind Justice on Sleuth and came over here to see if you guys had noticed it. Should have known. I guess I have Sleuth. Who knew? Mags, I'm so sorry you have such crappy cable. I'm not thrilled with Verizon either, but it has a good channel or two. Tonight is Rub a Tub Tub and next week is Up on the Roof. I loaned my DVD's to Kenina a while back and forgot to get them back so I'll be watching for the first time in ages.

As everyone in the Tri-State area knows, Cablevision is The Ultimate Evil -- they have a lock on the state so we can't even get Verizon cable here. I'd be very interested to know what you think of Good Old BJ after not watching for ages -- I have found in the past that the show holds up well after a "break." Do let us know, and happy viewing! |
