You know, Ash, you have to let them find Jim soon or he'll not even be alive when they finally find him... Love Jim and Tom comparing notes and Jim's descriptions of the women he's known Ohh, and Karen and Jim, bad, bad, bad!!! How about I karma you?? Would that make them find the Blond Dude soon??? "I'm a little frustrated here" (You do know what all this means right?? That this is one very well written fanfic ) Take care and keep smiling - Chris

Here I was feeling particularly sorry for myself because there was no chapter 5 and then I see its because of your birthday so never mind. I find myself biting my nails yet again with a cliff-hanger! Your ability to sustain the suspense never ceases to amaze me. Wow! It was a little dishearting to see that no one even missed Jim until he didn't show for work. Does Mary Beth have an accomplice, someone gulliable like Eric to do her dirty work? She must because I can not see her toting an unconscious Jim around. And the two guys from MPU Like Karen, I would like to just leap across that desk and strangle them. Argh!

Miguel pulled out his binoculars, not a Coyote but a dog. Now, you can think what you will of Miguel, for trying to make extra by showing off the toilet of the city, but he was a good man and went to help the dog.
Thank you Miquel! And please hurry.
Thanks N, for another great chapter. Now if I bought you a case of Tim Tams would you post another chapter really soon?
Speaking of Tim Tams, it's late. I'm really hungry and that picture that Lori posted, oh my gosh, my mouth is watering.

No need to get alarmed Dearie, read it carefully... Toilet of THE city. Every city has a toilet and thank goodness or we'd all be living in Miguel pulled out his binoculars, not a Coyote but a dog. Ah, happy sigh... Reading this was a fantastic way to start my Saturday. So... Jim is on the cusp of being rescued, Mary Beth appears to have snared another man into helping her with her evil deeds (what do they see in her, anyway?), and the squad are being wonderfullly protective of their own. Oh, and I want to shake the Missing Persons people! (Karen, I feel your frustration.) Keep it coming, please! I think I might have to send you some more karma, just because... Krissie

Oh A, everyone deserves the chance to sleep in! Another great chapter! Those darn MPU guys. They are so stuck on Jim being suicidal that they will not get out there and pound the pavement. Either they are brilliant (which I just can't believe) or they got sent there as punishment. How did Miguel get another boat? A friend's? Will he save Jim? If he does, he deserves a better job than hauling smelly old trash from the city!

More progress made... Quick question, though: did that harness they found belong to Hank or to the labrador? And if it belonged to Hank, why would it still have been in the dumpster after Jim had been emptied out of it? Maybe I'm answering my own question here. Maybe someone in the park found it lying around and tossed it, not knowing what it was. But then, what did MB and her sidekick do with Hank? Did they almost-kill him, too, and dump him in the dumpster, or did Hank loyally follow Jim to the landfill? And if Hank followed Jim, then who took off the harness? Argh!!!! Too much excitement! Too many questions! Not that I want to wish my weekend away, but roll on tomorrow! Krissie

And if it belonged to Hank, why would it still have been in the dumpster after Jim had been emptied out of it? Maybe I'm answering my own question here. Maybe someone in the park found it lying around and tossed it, not knowing what it was. You got it. But then, what did MB and her sidekick do with Hank? Did they almost-kill him, too, and dump him in the dumpster, or did Hank loyally follow Jim to the landfill? And if Hank followed Jim, then who took off the harness? Jim always took it off when Hank went off for his business and that night he just hung it on the edge of the bench. Argh!!!! Too much excitement! Too many questions! For the rest you just have to hang on, Krissie. Not that I want to wish my weekend away, but roll on tomorrow! Here it comes.
(Would it be better if I posted all at once instead of stringing it out? I'm just following tradition here.) N Krissie

Another great chapter N, and I already feel better now that he has gotten out of that dump. You better not post it all at once or Krissie will not make it to work until Tuesday. Hint hint...two chapters a day would be nice.

My vote is for one chapter a day, just as you have been doing.
