Detective Karen Bettencourt++for not pushing Jim but reminding him that they are partners and since he still has a problem with Terry he should share it.
Dr. Alan Galloway--for correcting Jim's mistake (bank for roof) during their session. Still can't forgive him that one!

Detective Karen Bettencourt--for not standing up for Jim to Marty and Tom at the Krist house. Stood up to a civilian (Postglione) but not a fellow cop.
