Oh my! I didn't know it's on the bubble. As far as I know, there has been no official announcement, but the little I've read on the subject indicates there's a reasonable chance it will return. I think it was a big mistake to kill Sarah. That tiny bit of love interest helped keep it watchable. I agree. As I understand it, the actress who played Sara was pregnant, and there were difficulties negotiating her return after maternity leave. So there probably weren't a lot of options, although I think they might have come up with something better.

Prison Break has been picked up for a fourth season. And "Dr. Sara Tancredi" is coming back. Apparently she wasn't dead, after all, and it was the head of some other unfortunate woman in that box. Suspension of disbelief, anyone? So -- has Prison Break finally jumped the shark? Or did it do so long ago? I'll probably watch it anyway.

Of course it jumped the shark. Ages ago. And of course I'll still watch. I'm not surprised Dr. Sara will be back. I often suspected she wasn't all that dead, but when she didn't pop up in the finale, I started to have some doubts. The way the evil Company woman referred to the things she had to do to "that woman" without actually saying Sara's name gave me a small clue, but then I thought I just wanted it to be that way. It will be fun to watch Michael in the role of pursuer instead of pursued and nice to see him out of prison for a change. I hope he stays that way. Or maybe he'll be trying to break Sucre out of Sona. That really has to happen at some point. T-Bag and Bellick can stay. My husband has a strange fondness for T-Bag so he'll be disappointed if he doesn't get much screen time.

I honestly thought that the 3rd season would've been the final one since it clearly jumped the shark. I mean, I knew there was talk of a 4th season, but didn't think it would actually happen. I don't know if I can sit through anymore Prison Break. Then again, I've already sat through 3 seasons, what difference will one more make? I guess I can always snark through most of it. The diehard fans were pretty upset about what happened to Dr. Sara. Does anyone know if that's the reason TPTB wrote her back in? The head in the box definitely didn't look like her , but I didn't think she was undead.

I'm like everyone else here--yes, it's cheesy, jumped the shark, and everything else, but I'll be watching. I can never leave a show until it's cancelled! And there is still some excitement at times. Overall though, nothing can match the tension and suspense of Season 1. As for Sarah, give me a break. I am really insulted that they would play us like that.

Prison Break is back! The two-hour season premiere is at 8 p.m. tonight. Suspension of disbelief and all, I'll be there for the Monday night thrill ride.

Prison Break is back! The two-hour season premiere is at 8 p.m. tonight. Suspension of disbelief and all, I'll be there for the Monday night thrill ride. Wow. And in the first five minutes, the entire premise of the show changed (again) and all past obstacles were removed in order to set up this season. Many people were killed, several escaped with no apparent trouble (Michael should have just waited a couple of weeks and he could have strolled out with his less-smart comrades) and one even came back to life. Yeah, it made no sense at all, but I don't care. I love this cast and getting to see them all free (sort of) and working together for the government looks like fun. When the maid left the "cell phone" in the house, I thought a logical plan would have been for Sarah to have met her the following morning at the bus stop, explaining she had accidentally dropped her phone in the purse when she was looking at it the day before. The maid would have instantly remembered the phone she had found and would have happily returned it to Sarah without any problem and probably without suspicion. But Michael only knows how to plot strange and dangerous plans involving slight of hand and last-minute escapes so...this was clearly never an option. I guess LJ and Sofia will just live together in Panama now? I don't see why they can't come to the States and live in that bunker with everyone else. LJ has certainly been in worse situations. What's with giving Gretchen only honey and water? Is that some holistic kind of truth serum? The new bad company guy makes me miss the original one. I now forget his name, but the first bad Company secret agent guy was just so affable and evil at once and I loved him. This is already ten times better than last season--but that was setting the bar pretty low.

Did anyone else think that "Jasper" (the guy Agent Self met up with at the car lot) was a not-dead-after-all Kellerman post-plastic surgery?

Yay, goodbye and good riddance to Bellick! Although, he did redeem himself in death, to be fair. Anyone else wonder if the hitman is really dead? I don't see how he can get out of the water, weighted down like that. On any other show, it would be safe to assume he is dead. But on a show that will resurrect people who have been beheaded, I guess anything is possible!

I was poking around Fox's site and apparently Prison Break is back with all new episodes on Friday, April 17! Very odd--they always come back in the fall, not spring.

A reminder that the 2 hour series finale airs Friday--finally! It better all be explained.
I did like this show, but definitely don't mind it ending. It's heyday has passed.
